Cloud 9 Salon Spa

"I've been a customer of cloud 9 for almost 18 years and after yesterday I will never go back. Had a bad feeling when i sat down in the chair (new girl) and it just got worse. Got partial highlights as well as root touch up and a cut (supposed to be just a trim) and it was over $350. I almost threw up in my mouth. I asked her to itemize it and it was ridiculous. If you are getting highlights why do you pay $150 more for toner, etc. I feel like that would be optional or included? As for the haircut, I asked for no more than an inch off and thats not what happened so as I'm starting to freak out it I asked her not to dry it as I tried to get out of there as soon as I could. Then they bill came and it just got worse. I'm sitting there with wet hair and they are charging me $350+ bucks. I paid and got in my car and cried. The worst part is they called me an hour later and said they hadn't run my card thru for the correct amount so I needed to call them back to pay the 100$ they didn't ring thru. The girl next to me has waist length hair and was getting bleach, then pink and a haircut and I heard her quote her $300. I just cant figure this place out anymore. If it was great work I may have felt better but I'm sooo unhappy. Such a cluster. Sad because I used to love going there."

I made a last-minute appointment because I am very impatient and I want everything done the moment I think of it I was a little afraid I did call them and let them know I would like to see their best hairstylist does not afraid of thick, long hair. I saw Jaki and let me tell you she was amazing. Before anything she took my hair out of my ponytail, brushed it talk to me about what type of haircut I wanted and how I wanted it. Proceeded to give me the best hair mommy wash, and the best haircut I have had in a while. Thank you Jaki!"

"Absolutely fantastic service! Everyone I spoke to was super nice, the facility was clean and lovely and MOST importantly I walked out super happy with my hair. I got a terrible haircut at another salon not a week out from flying internationally and was terrified I wouldn't be able to get another appointment to get it fixed beforehand. I was recommended this place by a couple different people. The salon was able to get me in the next day and Lacey fixed up my hair and trimmed it into shape so that it would grow out nicely again, absolutely loved having her work on my hair. I've never managed to find a hairdresser who I wanted to come back to but I think I finally have."

"Overall it’s a good experience. However I think they should give themselves more time in between appointments. I had a package of a facial, massage and a blowout. I feel that my blowout was rushed. I told her that I didn’t like the puffy look and she said I’m sorry I don’t have time to fix. I booked my appointment ahead of time. Even though she had someone waiting the right thing was to take care of me."
