"Where do I begin….I came in just for a soak off of my old acrylic nails and SHE DIDNT even get them soaked off. I had called in advance asking if they could do it too and she said yes but instead of the soak off she used another acrylic tip to slice them off and it hurt very bad they looked so damaged which was the whole reason I wanted them soaked off to avoid that damage!! She then painted them and went over them 3 times each time she had to clean off polish with another brush because she painted on my fingers. ("
