"I have heel wedges added to my shoes based on the advice of an orthopedist, and I had a reliable shoe repair shop that did the modification without difficulty. Having moved to Tucson, I tried Pete’s Shoe Repair, but the owner insisted on trying to sell me inserts instead. He wasted several minutes of my time trying to sell a product I didn’t want, and finally he flatly refused to do what I actually needed. His attitude and customer service are very poor."
