"I started shopping at Maurices approximately 3 years ago and the staff was amazing! They would go above and beyond to make me feel special and always remembered me. Today, not so much and to make my experience worse, I was overcharged for some items and didn't realize it until I was already home. A few days later I went back to the store with the receipt and was told I had to bring the items back into the store in order to get credited. She said she could not use my receipt alone. WHAT?! So, I need to be inconvenienced again because of their mistake in the first place. I have spent a lot of money at this location, but I won't be back after this."

"Nice looking store, well kept up, but at least one of their employees needs a lesson in proper customer service. There were 3 people in line, one girl was doing her best working with the customers while the other was playing on her computer. The one on the computer called my wife over to check her out, but then a phone rang and she picked it up and totally ignored my wife for at least 5 minutes. Incredibly rude and terrible customer service. The other girl was good, but that one was awful. The customer in the store ALWAYS has priority over your phone call, unreal."

"If jc penny, Dillard's, Macy's,even target and Walmart had employee's like these lady's, who work at Maurices they would be beyond filthy rich! They would be disgustingly rich. Made me feel like they wanted me to be there, from the minute you walk in to the minute you walk out they were excited to help. They laughed and all came to see what they put together for me to wear. I have been going to Penny's since childhood I could honestly say NEVER have I been treated so well. I left there feeling positive about my experience, about the clothing that I bought and tried on. If it didn't fit they found your size for you took it to you and where at other stores NO one brings you anything unless you hunt them down only to make you feel like your disturbing them and it's inconvenients... Here at Maurices I walked in skeptical and came out a fan. Trust me the manager is wonderful. Happy energetic showed me options was real I can honestly say her and the girls made it a one of a kind experience. But it wasn't because I came back brought my daughter in law and don't you know she left feeling wonderful with the amazing experience with these lady's. Plus size shaming? Not at this store... Love them don't take my word for them go see them. Especially if your having a bad day. Say hello for me I might c u there"
