"I started using China Wan Wan during Covid in 2020 and getting delivery, when I was locked in. Their take out service is fast and their food is truly awesome. I have mostly been totally satisfied with the takeout/delivery, but it looks like an ok place to sit in as well. For me, the food is the most important and I give it a 5 stars when I want Chinese. "Won’t be coming back EVER they gave me FOOD POISONING!! Ordered from here 2 weeks ago or so and LOVED It, the lady who placed my order over the phone was very nice and understanding towards my allergies the food was tasty and fresh etc. tried again yesterday night, the guy who took my order was OMG SO RUDE tried to explain my allergies and basically was rushed off the phone, barely wanted to answer any questions, decided to give me whatever he wanted to give me even though i legit couldn’t even eat It i even offered to pay whatever the difference was for any possible substitutions/add in’s (just wanted steamed rice bc i can’t eat the soup offered). Then to top things off last night after eating it was bland and dull could barely finish now I’ve been up all night throwing the food up and now writing this at 5am from getting sick from the food, REALLY REALLY sick. COMPLETE 180 This is the example of making sure you have the right people represent your business AT ALL TIMES, because It really can change the opinion of the people really quick and damage business."

"Watch out with those guys , when they are busy , they are very unfriendly, hang up on us , and also try to charge us $ 15 extra on the top of $ 11.15 pork egg foo young ..when we called back , they went down to $ 2.99 extra ...they are too long in business, they got really arrogant and greedy , no more business from us. Time to close your doors.(.we live less than 2 miles from their location ).. China Wan Wan NO MORE ..!"
