"No bathroom, no buy!!!"

"Went inside and asked a worker to fill up my propane tanks. The woman said she’d send her coworker out. After I disconnected the propane tanks from my camper and carried them to the propane fill station I stood there and waited. Eventually there were no customers. The lady I originally talked to came outside to smoke a cigarette. Eventually the coworker came outside too. They both looked right at me standing there with my propane tanks and nobody said a word. I honestly cannot understand this lack of customer service. Being rude is one thing, but totally acting like I’m invisible is a totally different thing. I ended up packing up my propane tanks and leaving and they just stood there outside"

"Girl tried to say they don’t do refunds on an accidental ring up. Then proceeded to give me attitude and refund it no problem. Not sure what her name is but she looks like a fish."

"The place looked dirty and the restrooms were out of order (but the attendant still used it) every time i stopped after 8 pm; so i sense they don't care about customer service. I decided no to be a customer anymore"

"Around 5:30PM*ish today I purchased The Works car wash. For reasons unbeknownst to me, and apparently the employees, it didn't work. All the automated car wash did was spit water on my car and then it told me to pull forward. I went inside the gas station and told the employee (female) what happened. She went to grab someone else (male). The guy met me at the car wash entrance, said he would make sure he stayed around to see the car wash worked fine. He didn't stay around. Like any regular human privileged to live in the USA, I know how to drive in these drive through car washes so there was no error on my part the first or second/last time. The second time around seemed promising. HOWEVER, after it rinsed, it just stopped. No red green yellow lights were on. No words flashing telling me what to do. **I was live streaming the entire time in 3 different parts throughout the first and second/last car wash. I have proof.** So, from the inside of my car still inside the car wash, I called the gas station. The same guy from earlier came and no resolution was found. Here were the options I told him and asked him about. I asked if I could have a refund. He told me he couldn't issue me a refund since the manager wasn't there, but I could return in the morning to request it from the manager. I told him no, there's no reason why I would want to waste more of my time and gas money when the refund could be taken care of *now.* I asked him if he could give me $7 himself, then tell the manager what happened in the morning, and have the manager reimburse him the $7. He said no. He told me several times that I could "just" go through the car wash again, THE CAR WASH THAT DIDN'T WORK FOR ME THE LAST TWO TIMES. He also said "well it worked for two other people" and I said "guess what? I'm not them. I'm also not doing anything wrong with my car or anything, I'm just sitting here expecting the system to work." I asked if he could give me credit for a Chevron car wash, but a different location. He said no. I drove off, and here I am, giving this gas station a one star rating. People, it is 2017. There should be ample ways of successfully resolving issues especially issues like this. Not impressed. Not returning to this Chevron."
