"So I go to the gas station like a normal person should and I see a bunch of people standing outside which it's common so I proceeded to go to the door and the door is locked we're sitting here staring at the employee she is putting a box up on top of the garbage can so we can see her in the back while she's sitting there doing nothing and telling us it's closed it's closed and getting smart with us why is it closed for one you only been here for an hour for two you're not supposed to be close you say you're over 24 hours a day so what's going on here like is this what the employees get to do now shoot I wish I had that job and not do nothing and get paid for it hell I think we all want to have a job like that management needs to do something and step up and be a miniature and stop playing games like a kid"

"The attitude of the lady work the night shift was horrific. She refused legal tender and when I said "That's technically illegal" she became outraged and became verbally combative. Not giving a calm explanation instead resorting to "no it isn't". While I went to my car to get my phone so I can activate my debt card by the time I got inside she already put back my drink and kicked my brother out who is visiting from Washington. She then refused me service and said I can keep the fountain drink. First off I want nothing to do with this loose cannon you employed and will never return to that circle k I go to almost daily. You always have such good employees but this lady had the biggest chip on her shoulder and was quick to argue. Disgraceful, I don't want fired but maybe educated as to why someone would say that and to be able to calmly explain why."

"Not 24 hours staff locks the doors and doesn't open them for several hours at a time. False advertising, the sign should say closes at 12:39..employees are not opening to sit around and get paid for not working. Worst circle k in Phoenix"

"Half the time I go here there’s a sign on the door that says they’re on break and the store is closed for 30 mins. Don’t waste your time coming here just go to the one that’s half a block north from this one so you don’t have to waste time parking and getting out of your car and up to the door. For a Convenience store, this one is not convenient. Woman that works there also always scorns me for buying cigarettes. This one is closer to my house but the one up the road is much nicer inside, it doesn’t have lazy employees closing the store so they can hang out and not do anything for a while, and they don’t make you feel bad for buying cigarettes, so I’ve fully stopped going to this one since they don’t even seem to want business or profits"

"We go to this store every morning to get my Husband's food and drinks for the day as well as cigarettes. A few weeks ago our 15 year old Son was with my Husband when he asked for a pack of cigarettes, the cashier named Crystal asked for our Son's ID. My Husband stated that is his 15 year old son, she still denied selling him cigarettes because of Son didn't have ID! I called the Manager and she stated that wasn't right and she would talk to Crustal. Ever since then Crystal will either be extremely rude to my Husband or will refuse to ring him up and ask the other employee to do it. Well, today my Husband went in with one of his employees and Crystal refused to sell my Husband Cigarettes because his employee only has the paler ID the MVD gives you! My Husband asks if she is kidding and the Asst. Manager Michael told my Husband if he comes back to this store he will be trespassed! I looked online and its perfectly legal to buys tobacco and alcohol with the temp. ID. Don't try to say she couldn't scan it because Crystal has NEVER scanned my Husbands or my ID, she just looks at it and give a it back. We have never had a problem there until this unprofessional cashier Crystal! Who became even more unprofessional after I called the manager on her. I have worked in customer service for many years and I wouldn't have a job if I acted this way to my customers! Guess it will be QT for us from now on."
