"My main complaint is how inconsistent the food and drinks are. For a matcha latte sometimes it will come grainy, too sweet, not sweet at all, or not hot at all. For $8 and spending my gas to drive over I’d hope they can figure out how to make a latte properly. Customer service is also inconsistent. I once waited 45 minutes for a drink when I went back the person was like ‘oh you didn’t get it yet?’ And I was one of three people in the whole shop. Sometimes it’s nice and normal but it’s so frustrating that it’s either decent or terrible in terms of both food and customer service. They also have like 10 menu items for food and can’t keep them all in stock which is also annoying. It’s also right across from a school so if you’re going for a quiet workspace, you’re out of luck during lunch hours/right after school dismisses. I come here regularly but I get so annoyed throwing my money at people trying to get a decent drink I’m just gonna start going to Starbucks."

"I’ve been here almost 7 times this week! Wow! The music, the staff (Tyler) especially, and atmosphere is amazing! They’re very friendly and welcoming. What I love the most is that they’re so clean, the place is literally always tidy. There is two outside sitting areas one has a fire pit. On the inside they have couches, chairs and various height. Which is very thoughtful! Absolutely fantastic and beautiful establishment!"
"This place usually doesn’t have a long wait and the customer service is always great. The pesto penne is good, not super flavorful but cheesy enough to make up for it. Their breakfast burrito is huge and yummy. I love their Matcha - very earthy which I like. And their hot chocolate is also good. I love supporting local here!"
"Number 1: This place is ADORABLE! Hip, relevant, but also super inviting! Number 2: Haze Hero-order it. Unless you’re allergic to nuts. The calories are worth it, but your life isn’t. I am so excited this is open right by my daughter’s extracurricular activity. I was wondering what to do with all my extra money and uncaffeinated time. Now I’ll come here, spend my money, and get extra caffeine jazzed!"
