"Caleb was great! He explained everything he did - BEFORE he did it! He explained why the repairs needed to be done, and what was involved...and everything was explained in detail. He was honest and transparent about everything he did, he provided me with "BEFORE and AFTER" photos of all his work, as well - I feel very confident about his workmanship AND knowledge! Caleb was very courteous and professional the entire time, and always kept "open communication" with me. He was also very punctual. He cleaned up completely before he left for the day. I am a first time home buyer, and this is the first time I have been solely responsible for all repairs to my home. Caleb made the entire experience run smoothly! "Very nice tech and knowledgeable. I called because my CO2 monitor going off. Ended up looking at other things to also fix that were not violations but nice updates. The estimate came to over $4000.00. A bit overwhelming. Instead replaced CO2 monitor and fire alarm in bedroom that needed rewiring. I was very happy with that. I will use them again."
