"I had a very small project, 2 items, that another embroiderer messed up. The owner, Tank, walked me through my options, and even brought in the embroiderer/designer to give his suggestions. Tank was very clear with what could be fixed and expectations of final product. The project was finished within an hour and I couldn't be happier. Thank you!"
