"I went into this store to buy a few things. I had 2 transactions I paid for my for my first with the inner circle. When I I went to pay for my second I didn't yet give my inner circle info to Bobbie the cashier and it would have saved me $5 I paid and then remembered asked about it and she flipped out. She said it wasn't her job to remember and if I didn't give it to her to her it was too late and she couldn't rot do anything about it. She would not return what I had a recharge it. She said it wasn't her responsibility and I should have to rtetrremembered remembered She was raising and getting an attitude for no reason. She should not be working with the public or in any form of customer service if she is going to get so worked up over a small issue. I was calm the entire time. She encouraged me to talk to her manager which I thought was strange???!! Normally that's a good store but not wis now getting a low rating.ith her in it. That is why this store is now getting a low rating. Bye Bobbie."

"Stopped to get gas, coffee, and probably $20 or more worth of snacks for the day. Wanted to clean my windshield, but every single squeegee bucket is bone dry, and trash cans are overflowing with garbage blowing around the fuel island. Cancelled my fuel transaction, bought nothing, and went somewhere else. Maintain your station or lose sales, simple."

"Used to be a fan of Circle K but I now I'm not anymore! This store is a joke do not waste your time at this store! They never have what you want in stock. Their customer service is lacking. They're now put out new rules where you can't buy Lottery to 6 a.m. which is b******* because a lot of people start work before 6 a.m. and want to get the scratchers for the day but can't now! Not a good way to run a business can't wait for qt to take over!"

"The woman claiming to be the manager is horrible! I've been going to this Circle K since we moved over here in Dec. I know most of the employees and until this week I'd never even seen the store manager. I work in customer service and excel above and beyond in BOTH of my jobs. I've never had such horrible service. It gets busy but most cashier's take it with stride. This manager not so much, I've been the customer in line watching the interactions this woman has, she is horrible. Tonight I was a victim to her aggressive and unfriendly manners. She made physical contact while trying to brush my stuff aside because her cashier didn't realize that my alcohol needed to be in a bag and I'm not from AZ so I didn't know either. Not my problem, something she should have handled on the side at an appropriate time, in the moment just excused herself and him and asked him to bag my items...she did not...and the police did nothing because she lied...like most of em do and since there was no mark she got away. I'll be escalateing this incident, as No ONE deserves the disrespect and lack of customer service. They didn't want to hear the complaint that I had about their pump so they banned me from the store. I'll be heard by the right person. Until then my kids can walk there...they don't know who they are...but we will be watching..no one deserves that kind of service. The manager should have been arrested and the camera will be watched...I will not let someone get away with miss treating people like that..or for better lack of words...act like their in high school and just cuz they don't like how someone says something act very immature. This woman is Far from ready for management."
