"During a day trip to Saguaro Natl Park a group rider noticed black smoke coming out of my exhaust, and I had been noticing the smell of fumes that at times smelled like burnt plastic. Our next destination was to stop at Saguaro HD which worked out in my favor. I was very impressed with Chris Hill who immediately assisted by attentively listening to the details I shared with him about the recent issues I had experienced with the bike. He was very proactive with offering to get a repair order started and that it was good to leave the bike with him to have the tech take a look. His communication was extremely knowledgeable & courteous, and Follow-up was outstanding. Five star customer service. Got my bike back in less than 10 days!"

"Service was excellent. Everyone in facility is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Brought my 2019 Freewheeler in for a major customization. There were some mistakes made on some parts ordered and caused the bike to be at Saguaro HD longer than expected. Chris and Adam in Service were exceptional working with that issue. Outcome was more than fair and craftsmanship is superb. Will use Saguaro HD for all our bike ( 2 Road Kings and 1 Freewheeler) service because of how the service department is run (Adam Asst. Mngr. , Chris, Carol and manager Paul). Plus the technicians in back do nice work."
