"I was previously having to drive out to a smoke shop in Avondale for my cigarettes because nobody in Surprise would stock them for me, but now my smokes are only a 5 minute walk from home. So thankful for their being willing to keep them shelved for me! Some of the cashiers even recognize me as I walk in the door & have my smokes ready for me by the time i get to the counter — makes my day every time. Thank you guys, you rock!!"

"Not even me, the person in front of me got the worst service I’ve ever seen in my life. Dude bought 3 mountain dews as they were listed for some price but didn’t ring up that way. Lady behind the counter popped an attitude for no reason and proceeded to be the most rude person. The dude was super nice but understandably annoyed as the lady couldn’t even give him the $10 cash he paid with and gave him a $5 4-$1 and a dollar in change. For this I’ll never come back to this location and will tell people to avoid this location. I’ve never seen someone give such an attitude for absolutely no reason. Today around 8:15pm"
