"Made an appointment and showed up slightly early. Store was empty. Most dresses had gold accents. I tried on a ballroom white/silver dress. Noticed it had make up stains and loose jewels, she was asking $400. When I brought up the stains she told my mom she would clean it with baby wipes before selling it. I also saw living bugs in the dressing room and wish I had taken pictures. She may have a body lice infestation. When she found out I was not willing to pay $400 for a dirty, used dress she got an attitude and told me to find a brand new dress somewhere else. I took her snide advice and bought a beautiful never tried on, crisp, clean, white dress from David's bridal for $300!"

"This place was incredibly horrible. The lady was very racist and told us she knew she couldn’t sell to us as soon as we walked im because we were Mexican. The dresses were dirty and not much of a variety. There was a dirty mess everywhere! The lady wasn’t understanding at all and wanted everything to go her way. She was not helpful nor positive at all, but instead was very controlling and had such an ugly and hideous attitude! She even got aggressive and started yelling very loudly in our face. On top of that the lady even threw the dress at me. Amazingly poor service and store system. I’m glad we took our money someplace way better with the right care and assistance we needed!Extremely nasty, dishonest, and aggressive owner! The lady was a micro monster! Very tiny person with a jaw dropping, drop dead, incredibly ugly personality! She’s micro but deadly…take it as my very heartfelt warning to not even consider thinking about giving this store service."

"Kim was extremely helpful for my fiancé and I to find what we need. Even though I did not have an appointment, she let me try on the dress I was interested in. She was so funny and kind to talk to and she was extremely helpful. You can tell she has been in this business for a while because she could tell right away what style of dress I liked and helped me find what I needed before I could describe it! She also helped my fiancé find the right size and colored vest by going above and beyond for the both of us. She also has a nail supply business as well which she sells at wholesale prices for anyone also looking into that!"

"Poor customer service, no desire to make a sale, very hesitant in allowing us to try on a single dress. No customers in the store while Katrina toyed with a mannequin. She seemed very annoyed with our presence and any questions we asked her. I had a very decent experience with her mother 2 years ago so I suggested the store to my colleague. I was embarrassed by the way we were treated and regretted sending her there. No point in going on and on it was just a really bad experience."

"I wish I had gone here to shop for my wedding dress. They have so many choices and are so reasonably price. I discovered Katrina’s when my wedding dress needed alterations for the big day. Everyone was so friendly. I only went for 1 fitting and on my second fitting all the alterations were perfect. I couldn’t tell that they opened up the bodice to let it out or anything. For the letting out of the bodice, extended the corset back down, hem and 2 bustle points the price was so much cheaper than what David’s Bridal quoted me for a hem and a bustle points. When I went to pick it up 2 days before the wedding, it was steamed perfectly and the owner even showed me how to lace it up so I could show my bridesmaids. My dad also rented his suit from them for the wedding. The fit was perfect except the shirt. His shirt was a bit tight they just swapped it out for one that fit better. My dad was very pleased with his suit and I was so happy with my alterations when I decide to shorten my wedding dress they will be the first ones I go to. I completely recommend them for alterations and suit rentals."
