"This is the ultimate store in Tucson to grab sports merchandise. They have just about every team/ franchise and the local Tucson teams as well. Really enjoy finding unique sports attire here. Store associates could be a bit more welcoming for sure though."

"If you try to return anything even with tags that have been removed but still have the tags, they will not take it. It has to be still attached to the shirt cause it’s “washed.” They will immediately tell you that you are a liar and you’re not deserving of the time or respect of their miserable retail job. Typical poorly trained and unprofessional associates without any regard for customer service or customer loyalty. “Selena” is a prime example of why in-person retail is dying and more people are buying online. Never again."

"Terrible experience. What appeared to be the manager helped me. I asked for 3 different jerseys (sizes) to be pulled down and tried on. I was met with attitude. I even apologized for being a pain. Couldn’t even get a smile and a “no problem”. Instead I got scowls each time. I don’t need sunshine and rainbows but I also don’t need attitude and judgement for spending $200 at your establishment. Honestly, the only reason I didn’t walk out is I really wanted the jersey."

"Tried bringing a shirt back from a purchase one week previous. Didn't have the receipt but just wanted to exchange for a larger size that I originally asked the associate Natalie for. Tags and all on the shirt, they wouldn't do the exchange. Not shopping with this store ever again, just order it online and get shipped to you so you can be sure you get the right size for the same price or cheaper."
