"We came to the store at Park West based on some of the positive reviews. Unfortunately we were sorely disappointed. Maybe it was the lady who was managing the place when we came in, I don't know. However, I strongly advise against anyone coming here. She was unbelievably unprofessional and discourteous. Absolutely do not come in on a walk-in basis! The sign may say "walk-ins welcome" but they aren't. We were told it would take 20 minutes and we've been waiting here for over an hour and 20 minutes. No exaggeration. If you don't want walk-ins just tell us. Don't waste our time. We finally left even though there nobody else waiting.. The manager actually sent barbers to lunch while had been sitting for over an hour. As you can see from the picture I've attached there was nobody in the lobby. Yet there we sat. Rude and unacceptable. I have left hundreds of reviews all over the world and have had millions of views. I rarely leave negative reviews unless the service or product is despicable. This place now has has the dishonor of being among the ignoble few. There are too many good professional places that appreciate your business. Do yourself a favor, pass this one by. We'll never be back. Update: Please look at the response to my previous review from the business. Definitely not customer oriented. No insight, no apology, absolutely unprofessional. Completely validates my review.. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else. Especially if you're military or don't fit the racial profile they prefer..."

"It's a hit or miss with getting the right barber. It's like trial and error. Not everyone who has clippers knows how to cut every style/cut. I hate that damn black spray they use to cover mistakes and short comings. I think I have found the right barber after going through the whole damn shop of barbers. I would love to see the blades cleaned and THEN sitting in the barbacide-like old days and see them use the back up, while the first blades are sterilizing (fact: all blades, utensils are supposed to be cleaned prior to use and placed in clean and clear barbacide container. If it's cloudy with DNA, it's contaminated and needs to be thrown out and refilled).. also, don't be that person who walks in for an appt. Call in and schedule. Every time I do, I'm in and out!! The barbers do spray their clippers, and I'm just used to how I was trained as I come from the beauty industry. Price: for my son his cut costs me 30$ not including my 7-10$ tip. He just really gets a fade. I'd give it a $$ for the pricing schedule."
