"10/06/22 went to get a mani-pedi. Had John work w/me. Did ok on pedi but had the worst manicure I've ever had there. Color chosen, but he used bottle that was almost empty & thick polish that didn't dry properly & 'slid' on nail (had to re-do thumb twice). Didn't get polish to skin line, ridged look to nails. Not happy but out of time or I would've asked someone else to re-do them. Hope I can upload my pictures so you can see pitiful result. Don't know if I'll go back."
"To my Neighbors and My Community.....just FYI....I just had a pedicure with Bao at the Nail shop. Extremely Unprofessional work. Polish left on skin, left side toe nails left longer than right side. Nails are trimmed on an angle, nothing uniform about this work. I would never, ever, ever return to this place. I explained this situation to the owner and his response was you will have to pay for a second pedicure. They simply do not stand behind their work. When you pay top dollar, you expect top quality, not this for sure. This quality is unacceptable to me...."
