"Note that I am a AZ state board licensed nail technician and this salon is not operating to code. Went for a pedicure and tech used an old, used sanding bit to remove my gel polish. Then a used nail file to shape the nails, and a very worn/used pumice stone. They also used a metal callus removal tool which is illegal per AZ state board. Salons should be using all new and sanitary items. Items such as non-metal or non-glass nail files are considered single use as they cannot be disinfected and should be thrown away after each client. Pumice stones are porous and hold bacteria and cannot be disinfected- these should also be 1 time use and disposed of after each client. Will not be returning. State board needs to visit this salon."

"I'm new to the area and needed my face catapillar's waxed, shaped, and cut. I had asked many women in the neighborhood who they used, and the ones who didn't pluck their own brows said Morgan's. I called today, and within 10 minutes of the call, they were helping me handle the catapillar situation. The place was clean and everyone was smiling... they were very busy, but their clients were all happy and smiling as well. It was very nice. If I had more time, I'd stay for a full set, but alas... I have prior obligations, so my fancy nails will have to wait. They did a wonderful job. The wax didn't sting like at my old place. She clearly knew what she was doing (vs. me who lopped off a huge section of my brow- I tipped her well because she was workin with a hot mess and took mw in immediately). She was quick, and it didn't hurt one bit. She waxed, shaped, and cut beautifully! Ahhhh man... I feel like a woman again! I'll be back for a full set. I saw the work they did on my neighbors, and I must say I am excited for my next spa day! Thank you, Morgan's! I'm sorry I didn't ask for your name but I'll see you again soon enough."
