"What a refreshingly wonderful experience! Please do not confuse this new ownership with the old one. This young couple greets you at the door with smiling faces, listen to what you want, what your concerns are and offer suggestions if asked. They chatted with me as I had a full set put on and took extra time to fix some of my very neglected nails. They play Christian music and have family friendly videos on their TVs. My nails are beautiful! I will definitely be a regular! Please give them a chance! You won’t regret it!"
"Awful refund policy. My cousin got a set here and she had issues with them coming off within a few days. They redid the set only for them to come off AGAIN and at first refused her a refund saying they don’t give refunds and the best they could do for her was offer a DISCOUNT on an entirely new set. Eventually they agreed to refund her but the initial denial and policy is ridiculous enough for her to not want to come back and for me to tell all my friends not to trust this place."
"MEN!!! We have been missing out on a simple pleasure…. My first time for a pedicure and manicure and chose TC Nail and Spa which was immaculately clean and bright! Staff greeted me as I walked in and was very warm and welcoming. I was introduced to my tech, Mary, and the process began. Mary did such a nice job on my pedicure I opted for a manicure as well! Truth be told, I was a bit hesitant to have this done…. and honestly? I will now be a regular at TC Nail and Spa! Well done and thank you for a great job, comfortable and clean environment, and friendly staff! A winning combination!"
"I couldn't recommend TC Nails MORE! I would give them ten stars if I could. In fact, I asked my 7 yr old daughter how many stars to leave and she said 100,000. Cindy was extra gentle and kind with my daughter, who has autism and is afraid of new things. This was her first mani/pedi and she enjoyed it the entire time thanks to Cindy explaining everything that she was doing and letting my daughter hold the tools and learn what they do. She even pained her nails and toes the EXACT design that she had picked herself on the internet. My set came out just as perfect. We are definitely making this our "go-to" place! Thank you again and again!!!"
