"Rude cashier didn’t know that I had to show an ID for a transaction I was doing she was a very rude about it instead of explaining it to me. She was also very rude to the guy before me who left because of her being so rude maybe she shouldn’t be upfront on the register seems every time I come in here she has an attitude."

"These folks are playing at the top of their game. Must have been 8 people working back in this small corner area. Everyone on the ball, no one out of place, all moving like a pro team on the field. Kudos to the Pharmacy Manager and staff for showing how great things are accomplished. I was feeling so sick I didn't even want to go to the pharmacy. I'm glad I did. My 25 year long pharmacy couldn't fill my pretty generic medications. I'm glad big blue blew it. I didn't realize what great service I was missing out on. Thanks to Liz and her teammates for getting me in and out with the most delightful attitudes. You guys rock!"

"This is the location on Boulder and racetrack. I went in on a weekday around 2pm. One of the absolute worst atmosphere I have ever been in. As soon as you walk in the employee in the makeup section follows you around like your about to steal something she follows you to every dang isle and just stands there giving you the evil stare. So I went in 2 days in a row I was wearing an old t shirt and shorts they didn't have what I wanted and then the next day the photo dept was taking way to long so I left . As I was walking out the door the employee in the make up isle says to me ... Don't ever come back in here again! I couldn't believe it ! I have never been treated so out word rude in my life. Just because I didn't buy anything in the store. I'm calling corporate tomorrow to let them know how their employees are treating their customers. They better be careful . I buy stuff their all the time. They just lost a customer and my whole family as well. Also on their website it says if you don't have a receipt they will give you store credit that is an absolute lie"

"35 minutes before closing I brought a script from urgent care. The young lady working the window takes the script, and says, "it'll be filled tomorrow". Now, they have 35 minutes and the script was aprednisone pack. Just grab the pack, slap a sticker on it and go buy when I asked for the script back she rolled her eyes at me and the it back. So better Walgreens. Try hiring people with customer service. Walgreens only gets my businesses in emergencies and they still FAIL MISERABLY."
