"as of July 31, 2023 you still cannot go in. I needed air filters, went to the door. had to ring a bell. Woman came to door, would not let me in. I had to wait outside while she shopped for my item. It is HOT in AZ in the summer. Waiting outside was not an option. I took my business elsewhere."

"Every time I have gone In there for a part, the employees would always follow you around and make you feel like you were stealing from them. They never had what I needed and or always super marked up prices. Never went there during Covid cause I would see people standing out side to get service which was a little crazy to me. I’m happy to drive the extra mile or so to a real hardware store that has inventory on the shelves and don’t make you feel like a Criminal going in there. If this place is to ever reopen hope they get their stuff together and realize how they make people feel when they go in there to shop for a part etc."
"This neighborhood hardware store used to be an ACE Hardware. It is now under new management, not an ACE franchise, and renamed. The people are knowledgeable and friendly and work hard to see that their customers are satisfied. They carry items by the piece, so that if you need six screws of a certain type, you needn't buy a package of 100. The store is a small place that is packed with things you might not be able to get elsewhere, plus you are not inside for more than a few seconds when someone asks if they can help you. So different from Home Depot. there is plenty of free parking and it is easy in and easy out."
