"The Alaska Airlines of car repair - Huge safety risk based on lack of attention!! I took my car here for repair and they removed several parts to assess the damage. A few weeks later I took my car to another place for an oil change. The oil change place was horrified at what they saw and immediately called me over to show me the corner of the car that they have been working on where the tire axle wasn't seated and the bolt that held it in was left off to the side. I called Jesse, the manager at Service King, and let him know that they put me at risk of my wheel flying off driving! Without even looking into it, he immediately blew off my concern, claimed it wasn't something that they did, claimed I must have gotten in another accident (which I did not) and offered zero assistance."

"*update to first review: since we were lied to over the phone that the vehicle had not been dismantled, we went in to pick it up. We were told the car was already pulled apart and we couldn’t take it. The manager said we would only have to deal with him from here on out. Haven’t heard from him once. The only communication was once from Junior. We received a text on Tuesday that the car would be finished on Friday. Friday when we called to see when we could pick it up, they informed us that the “reusable parts” had been mistakenly thrown away and we will now have to wait for those parts. I would never recommend this place to anyone! Horrible service from the front desk clerk, who seems absolutely miserable at her job, to Junior the person who gives estimates. I have never been treated so rudely. I will gladly take my car elsewhere."
