"One of the worst car washes I have had. Paid for VIP to include cleaning dash and doors. When I returned, they didn’t even wipe down the dash-had dust all over. I asked them to re-clean. These are the photos from the second “wipe down”. Will not be returning. This is what you get for a $40 wash here."

"I have been coming here for years and using the express lane. It was recently switched to say members only yet the other lanes for the car wash say full service. If the full service lines also take express, they need to change their sign because one of the employees gave me a lot of attitude today for going through the members line for an express wash. He acted like he was doing me a favor by letting me come through for my car wash. If you don't want express customers going through the members line, you need to change the sign so that it says full service and express. I don't need an employee criticizing me when your signage is incorrect"

Juan will treat your truck or car like it is his own vehicle. I have been going to Juan at Jacksons since 2008. I will follow Juan wherever he goes when Jackson needs him to go."

"Definitely one of the better car wash and gas stations out there. Located in the shopping center next to tons of shops. Great pricing on the car wash with the option to purchase a monthly unlimited plan. Very huge spot which includes car maintenance stuff to. Lots of deals and options everywhere at this location. It does get busy quick so the earlier the better for both car wash and gas."
