"I made an appointment for Friday Sept 29th for an oil change at 3:30pm when we arrived we were told they could not see the appointment. Also got the feeling they would rather me call in to book an appointment then use the online feature. I guess if you have Triple A you should avoid their auto repair centers and their home security I have had bad experiences with these services that Triple A offers. Their road side assistance is awesome unfortunately every other aspect that I have tried to use has been a disaster. I would avoid at all costs I should have just went to a jiffy lube."
