"They came out and inspected my company golf cart. Gave me a quote for repairs and stated they were going to order the part. I paid for the service call and continued to wait 4 weeks for a response. I call almost daily and no one answers or calls back. Very unprofessional. Now I have to pay another company for a service call and repairs. If you don't want to do the work, tell the client instead of making them wait."

"Had them come to our house to replace a tail light and see if cart could be sped up. Charged $300 for tail light replacement, had them remove the $25 tail light and leave. Bought the tail light from Amazon and put it in myself."

"I bought a used EZgo cart from Mario in October, 2019, an my husband wanted a little faster one. But in March, 2020 I had a service call and labor and 4 tires an rims installed. Still not a good cart. So I paid a very high price an traded in my EZgo to get a 4 seater club car in April, 2020 . When we got the cart it was slow so I had Mario come back an up the speed. He did that. It worked for a while but then it started chugging. In May 2021 Andrew came back and changed out two batteries an a new water system because they gave me a really old system. NO Charge for parts but I had to pay for service call and labor, it was under warranty. Now December 2021 its not running again. It’s chugging and I don’t think we will make it home. I tried calling Mario in November an they said they would order me a batteries. I tried calling Mario in December no response I called again 1st week in January no response, I called again 2nd week in January, no response from anyone at the company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!"

"Buckle up because this ones a doozy. We chose this company because they will pick our cart up and take it to their shop and fix our cart. They came and picked it up in September 2020 and told us it would take 2-3 weeks to fix. We were getting a completely new engine and it repainted. We were told it would be like a brand new golf cart. The 3 week mark went by, and we heard nothing, so we called to see what the update was. We were told that because of Covid, getting parts in was proving to be difficult. We understood and asked to be updated every few weeks. Nothing for over a month. We called again and were told it wouldn’t be long. Another month goes by, nothing. Finally, my husband would call every week for an update. He’d leave a message, and no one would call him back. We just wanted updates, that’s all, but the lady who answers the phone would just tell us to keep being patient. The communication was terrible!! Finally in February, almost 6 months later, we got our cart back. Excited to use it again, we drive it around and stop at a friends house. We get into the cart.......nothing. No engine running, NOTHING. Talk about ridiculous! We were told that it would run like new since everything was fixed and redone. Heck! We’d waited 6 months!! Called Mario. No answer. Left a message. Called the next morning and were told “yes, we got your message this morning.” So you got our message but didn’t call us right away?? Terrible customer service. Mario came out and looked at it, fixed an issue that should have been fixed the first time, and was on his way. Great! We have a working cart again......or do we?? It was driving fine until 2 days ago when, AGAIN, we were stranded miles from our home because our golf cart won’t work. Had to have it towed back to our house. So......after spending thousands to have our cart completely redone, it’s not working. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!"

"This is a disappointment since the start. We had a rear wheel that was having issues so called - The lady convinced my husband to do a full service for 99 so they would wave the 80 service fee (later proved to be false) but then the guy came and worked on the golf cart- cracked the rear axile/now rear end leaking oil that never did before and the guy doing the repair dumped oil on our street... when we had them come back out thinking they would try to rectify the situation the lady dug her heels in stating she never said she would wave service fee and the guy had no words to explain why he dumped oil on the street. Steer far from this company- we will contact AG and BBB to let them know of such terrible behavior."
