"Adding to my previous (non-Google) review upon checking my Jaguar in, the excellent service didn’t stop there. Brian, the service manager, got right on it when they opened Monday morning, diagnosed the issue, ordered the parts, and got it done in minimum time. He kept me advised by phone as to the problem, got my approval to order parts and proceed and kept me advised throughout the process. When I picked it up he went over the bill, explaining the work done step-by-step—even drawing out sketches for clarity. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience than this—with the only exception being me not having had to make the repairs to begin with…lol. A first rate 5-Star business which does business the old fashioned way with honesty, integrity and compassion!"
