"Hello been trying to book an appointment with someone for days and I have had no luck anyone picking up the phone or calling me back."
"I pre purchased three facials from lynde and she no showed me twice without any communication. Each time when I attempted to contact her someone else replied within days. When I continued to try and get a refund for the services I did not receive she stopped responding to me. I now have to go through an appeals process with my credit card company. I do not recommend L Aesthetics due to their unethical business practices and lack of respect for their patients time and money."
"Absolutely love the experience I had here. The place was not only beautiful but also very clean and modern. I was greeted as soon as I walked in by Lynde snd she brought me back immediately. She was incredibly kind and gentle. Always made sure I felt comfortable and I just love that she explained everything. Honestly one of my best experiences and I can't wait to go back!"
