"Hector sold me a 2002 Dodge Caravan saying the former owner couldn't afford repairs. Day 1 the van died! Also day 2! He said it was battery/electric/lalalalala.... Then, when the radiator started hissing on day 4, he ignored my texts about when to come to the shop. I brought it in, he said it would be $400 to fix it and he's giving me a deal. He told me LEMON LAWS don't apply to him, because he is not a dealership! When he realized LEMON LAWS DO APPLY TO HIM: he agreed to fix it. The next day: it wouldn't start, again. It took days to get my money back and he scolded me for signing the title when I bought the vehicle!! I had to pay for registration and he got a clean title! BUYER BEWARE! HE WILL SELL IT AGAIN!"
