"I sent an email Monday night technically Tuesday morning since it was at midnight and got a response back from Nancy that same morning. She seemed very professional. I was interested in leasing a suite and wanted to tour their facilities, Nancy directed me to Anthony by giving me his phone number, email address, and CC’d him in the email. She stated he is in charge of leasing, I thanked her and reached out to Anthony via text at 9am that same morning. Now these are regular business hours. It took Anthony over an hour to respond back to and there was no greeting even though I greeted him he was just very plain and blunt asking which location I was interested in. I told him Glendale/peoria location. This text was sent one minute after he text me the question. Almost three hours later I still have no response from Anthony. That is very unprofessional especially when someone is trying to conduct business with you to leave them on read and not respond in almost three hours. It literally takes 2.5 seconds to send a text and say ok let me get back to you or something simple if you were busy. But to say nothing at all is unprofessional. I sent Nancy a response back and let her know I’m no longer interested due to the unprofessionalism Anthony has showed. I still have not heard back from Anthony or Nancy and it’s been over 24 hours. Very sad way to show professionalism."
