"so let's start from when I walked in, needed a haircut today I had trouble with the first great clips in Maricopa and now my second, the lady that usually cut my hair was not in at the moment so I went ahead and proceed with the Mexican lady or middle eastern lady cut my hair since she was the one next available, I truly don't care who cuts my hair as long as the are confident in what they do, in I'm a barber of 20 plus years, so the she takes my phone number finds me in the system and say okay manny I say yes , then she ask me what what are we going to do today, I told her a mohawk, she paused for a few seconds thinking about it like if she was scared, then she tell me okay well let's try...then I kinda pause for a second to question her let's try remark , I told her can you do this , she says idk let's try,...lol okay so I proceeded with the haircut after that she was on a war path just cause I question her ability to do a mohawk after that she was rude and started putting clips in my hair and just cutting it with no care whatsoever...okay fine do what you have to do it's just hair, and didn't even finish cleaning me up just shaving off the sides not even hardlining the mohawk up did it in less then 5 minutes she kind messed it up , so i told her I'm not paying for this and she decided to curse me out in her native language, if this is what great clips is all about I just won't ever return, I will seek someone eles , it's sad cause I truly like the other girls there...they did good work..."

"My daughter was in there today about 10:30-11 and when she was in the chair she told the hair dresser how she wanted her hair cut. But it didn’t happen her way because the hair dresser did it her way. Needless to say she wasn’t too happy and most likely won’t be going back there. Simple suggestion listen to your customers even if you don’t think it will look nice or you may have a better idea. I personally stopped going there and go to the Maricopa fiesta one for a different reason."

"I wanted a trim and they cut off six inches because they didn't know what they were doing. I had a v-shaped haircut before and told them I wanted a trim and to maintain the shape I had. The stylist I had cut off all my layers instead, straight across. Then she was rude when I asked if they could add in a v like I asked the first time. The lady cutting my hair tried to add a v, but then got frustrated and said "if this isn't right I guess we can have her look at it." By this time it was really too short to fix. I let the other lady try to fix it but I left not satisfied at all. I won't be going back to this place. My hair is now much, much shorter than what I asked for. It will take a long time to get back to my original length. Before and after pictures are included."
