"This lady clearly don't like dark skin, me and my daughter's came here for two pedicures and a full set when we came in no one even spoke to us acknowledged us or anything we signed in and sit down. Then the lady in the photo was very rude to me like she did not want to even touch me, and I feel discriminated against it was a man that was going to do my daughters full set. He started yelling at her and speaking very rude to her, which he was not with the other clients. so another lady completed my daughters full set."

"I called ahead to see if there was room. I made the appointment and got there on time. I was seated right away and waited maybe 10 minutes. I had my feet in the water and the massage chair on. It was nice. Once the gentleman came and started on my feet, it took about an hour. I chose #7. That includes hot rock, massage, hot towels, etc. I like my pedi. He did a great job! Left him a $15 tip."

"This place used to be super clean but it is no longer the case: they dip fingers directly in the color nail powder, they don't change the head towel between wax clients, the list goes on. Half the people on the floor are not friendly. Yesterday I decided to get a full acrylic set after my pedi- I haven't seen a nail job botched this bad in years, it reminded me why I stopped going there. The pedi was just ok, she was too distracted by what was going on elsewhere. Full acrylic set: The tech did a quick dust-wipe-off a work station then got started, straight on the cold surface: 5 minutes later I was envious of the teenager next to me who had a towel for her service. My tech used the nail file in both directions on my natural nails - we were covering them so I didn't say anything but when she went at my THIN, NATURAL natural nails with an 80 GRIT band I warned her to stop, it was too rough. she brushed off my concerns and tried to continue, I then had to pull my hands away and make her change the band for something more appropriate- that's when I should have left but I wanted nails for an event. Every single nail is lop sided (thicker on one side) and there is no apex build to support them, the thumbs are different lengths. She was really surprised to get a 15% tip and I can see why: she must be used to getting 10% per service at the most because the care she put in the service wasn't worth more than a penny. Please sell the place or hire a whole new team that will care."
