"I use to love this place but lately it's impossible to feel welcomed. They are always in a rush and some don't do a good job at all. I had the guy that sits in the 1st station, my nails looked great but he was very rough when filing them down, he messed up on one & when I asked him to fix it he got mad & told me to go with someone I like and make an appointment. Next time I came he gave me the dirtiest look and didn't even greet me, nobody greeted me. I made an appointment and the nail tech wasn't even aware, she was really sweet and told me to come back but I never did. I went somewhere else and don't think I'll ever go back."

"The worst manicure I’ve ever had if you can call it that. No cuticle care other than the oil on at the very end. Like what is this?? I was super rushed as soon as I walked in. Not relaxing at all. Pedicure was subpar. Won’t be coming back."

"I had my nails done here on Friday the 26th, before my husband and I attended a charcuterie board/pool party on Saturday the 27th. Three of my nails broke off while I was setting up my charcuterie board. My nails broke while setting out food, that is unacceptable. I've always heard amazing things about this salon but I'm extremely disappointed, especially with the cost... $70 for nails that break the next day. It's robbery! Honestly, I loved the environment, the nail techs were lovely I'm just very disappointed and dissatisfied with the quality of the nails they do. I wish I could say different, I can only hope they are willing to rectify the situation."

"Worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon in my whole entire life !!!!!! DO NOT COME HERE! Terrible customer service from the moment we walked in just a very bad attitude and very rude, I asked for medium French tip with diamond on it and the owner told me $140! I said OK how much without the diamonds and she said it’ll be the same price !!! Their prices are absolutely ridiculous me and my two sisters just ended up getting regular short squared full sets for $65 each REGULAR POLISH . (Which we did not want, we were just in a rush and leaving out of town that night and this was the only place open on Sunday) THEY DO NOT HAVE THE TALENT, MATERIALS, OR CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR THE PRICES THEY ARE CHARGING .. she had an attitude because I didn’t wanna pay $140 for French tip nails. And she was extremely rough with me (the owner ) she cut two of my fingers WITH A REGULAR HAND FILE , NOT THE ELECTRIC ONES!! do you know how hard you have to be filing someone nails to literally cut through their finger! And they use regular empty plastic containers as the thing to rest your hand one while getting your nails done ! Check the pictures to see what I’m talking about. My sister‘s nails were very lumpy and painted horribly. This is the worst experience I have ever had at any nail salon my whole entire life! Our nails look like a teenage amateur just learning how to do nails did them"
