My very first visit with Karen was unbelievable, for she literally bailed me out of a not-so-great color treatment from another salon. I requested a really short pixie cut, which came out adorable! Fast forward to today, my hair has all grown out back into it's natural color and Karen continues to keep my locks healthy and gorgeous.
