"The wife always does amazing, but every time I come in she is not available. Either working on someone else or in the back with her child. The husband does an okay job but he gets an attitude when I ask him to fix something. For example I’ve been asking for almond shaped nails and he always makes them look oval. so rounded, it’s just not cute. When I’ve asked to make them more pointier he tells me I’m wrong and that’s how almond nails are supposed to look. I’m the customer and I just want what I ask for without an attitude? I’ll keep coming here due to the pricing being good. If it wasn’t I wouldn’t keep coming. Hopefully they see this and the attitude changes. UPDATE: Today I had called and asked if they had any availability for a fill. He told me yes, come in at 5. I get there and they let other customers before me and told me that it would be a 40 minute wait. What? I literally just drove here because he told me there was availability at 5:00pm. How do you do that to your customers?? This place is just so unprofessional.. I’ve been coming here for two years and I’m so over dealing with that guy. Never coming back, do not recommend"

"Great little place, Andy & Helen do a fab job on my gel mani/pedis. I call ahead for an appt and they are ready for me right when I walk in. They have some cool "mood color changing" gel colors that are very neat. Great color selections. Been a customer for 2 years, every 2 weeks."

"Requested appt for manicure clear gel. I received only gel polish no manicure no cuticle or any salon treatment. Before leaving parking lot I looked and saw gel included sediment from stuff from previous use. Gel did not cover entire nail. Went back in and he yelled at me saying I can't expect perfection. He was going to put glue on the edges and I stopped him. He applied one coat of gel without fixing see below. $50"
