"I stopped at this location for a shampoo, cut & style. I won’t ever return. Every time I look in the mirror I want to cry. My haircut is horrible. Sections too short, choppy and uneven. One side of my neck was trimmed & the other side wasn’t. My stylist was Freddie. I fixed it the best I could myself and now I need to pay another salon to try and fix this mess."
"Very poor service. Sean was my hairdresser who doesn’t even know how to cut hair. Very terrible experience. Would never recommend this place to anyone. I am so disappointed. He cut my hair short without asking and then uneven hair so messed up."

"I've had issues with this place trying to schedule appointments online! I show up for my scheduled appointment and am told that I'll need to wait 30 minutes or sometimes longer! Once I even stopped in to make the appointment and when I arrived was told I needed to wait 30 minutes! What is the point of making an appointment if you have to wait so long?? I finally couldn't take it anymore so I contacted the company with my complaints and concerns. That was a month ago and I still haven't received any kind of reply! On top of it, usually the hair stylists are not all that Pleasant there anyway! I did start going to Great Clips and so far have been very happy with the cuts, adherence to appointment schedules and the customer service there so I would highly recommend them over smart style!"
