"I am loving my new Ford Maverick. The dealership was cordial and answered my many questions. The paperwork was pretty straightforward although had to negotiate on the rate a bit. Additionally, there is the option to purchase numerous protection packages and with a new vehicle and a lot of electrical components, this will be something everyone will have to weigh. If you want extra things on your vehicle when you order it, you should go ahead and do it. Getting even wheel locks and a tailgate lock added on after the fact was a $200 purchase with labor. Wish I would have known that ahead of time."

"We couldn't have asked for a nicer sales person in Isaac. He was honest, willing to go the extra mile and his patience was wonderful for one so young. Five stars for him! On the other hand Luis in finance/contract not so much. He was all we are family until the next morning we were not completely happy with the vehicle. He was rude and his smile quickly left his face when we said we wanted to return the vehicle. Problem here is that change titles before the 3 days right to recision....it was a mess and we just conceded and took the vehicle. Am I happy with the vehicle, not so much, will I ever buy a vehicle from the Jim Click organization, absolutely not. It will be interesting if we here from the Click organization."
