"I went to audio express expecting them to be great last the last experience I had a few years ago. Well I was so wrong. I got my speaker done on a Saturday and couldn’t pick up my car til 6:10pm. The next day I notice cracking coming from the rear speakers. So when they reopened on Tuesday I called and let them know what was going on. They couldn’t get me in right away. I finally was able to get it and they looked it for a few mins and heard what I was hearing. They informed me to go back to have it trouble shoot. So, I did for them to tell me the sub was separated from the speaking and that is why we’re hearing the sound but since I was outside of the period due to scheduling issue they couldn’t help because I didn’t buy their warranty. So, now I will be contacting the BBB"

"They sold me an expensive car audio unit with serious operational issues, beginning with a defective volume control. It says zero volume and still plays. The front speakers don't play until the volume reads near fifteen. The individual who installed the unit was very rude to me if I asked him anything and left screws and a driver bit on my nice leather seats. Then after the installation, they did not give me an Operation Manual. I caught him as he was closing the store. He tried to start an argument and told me the manual was in the box, which it was not. So he goes back to the shop and finds it where he left it. This store has serious problems and I DO NOT recommend doing business with them! If negative stars were an option, I would use them against Audio Express on Broadway Blvd in Tucson."
