"Poor communication. We talked and he admitted that he outsourced the car washes but never called us to let us know he was doing that. See below... He is trying yo fix the issue and said he will be out in Monday to wash both cars. Hired him to come out to detail two cars. He said he would be out between 8-9 when it will be very cold that morning. Day came and he was half an hour late. Then when I asked why he was late, he proceeded to tell me that it was too cold to run his water equipment. Now mind you a quick phone call would have changed the WHOLE SITUATION but there was none. So no call to reschedule or say he is coming later and then complained about the washing when he could have started on the inside till it warmed up."
