"Booked an appointment for my elderly father for an alignment. Came home with the same issue we went in for, and wasted over $100, to be told “maybe you’re just driving on bumpy roads”. They let him leave unsatisfied and with no resolution or willingness to help. We ended up going to Precision Toyota and getting the alignment issue resolved… stress free. ** Update** 03/2/24 Emailed the address that was provided from their response, and have NOT received an email back."

Was meet by Marco who was to do the inspection and let me know if that kind of repairs were needed and give me a quote for the job. Marco’s drove the car and assess the specific problem that the car was making a noise. after further inspection of the vehicle it was determined that was no need for the repairs and only needed balanced my tires. Marco and his crew were honest and trustworthy. Will go back for my future auto needs."
