"I've gotten my hair cut here 2 times prior to my experience today and I was at the very least satisfied with my hair. Today I went in and had reference photos with me as well, I showed the stylist and she refused to do that cut and gave me only two different options. I'm normally very open to trying new things with my hair but was put off with her attitude. I ended up leaving the place very unsatisfied with how my hair ended up turning out, as she was checking me out she mentioned she was the manager of this great clips. Once I got home and the hair dried more I notice my hair wasn't even. I normally wouldn't write a review like this but I honestly was so dissatisfied with the service that I got. I'm even having to go to a different place and pay even more money to hopefully salvage what's left of my hair."

"I wondered into this establishment out of curiosity, to see if I could get a quick haircut. After my experience I must say this was a great decision. My stylists, whose name is Nicole, was very pleasant, and I got an amazing haircut. Now truth be told, all of the stylists at this location were very courteous, and professional. They acknowledged you as you entered the shop, making sure you are at ease. I have been back several times and after observing these professionals at work, I know that you too will be happy with your visit."
