"First couple of times he was really nice, now not so much. Last time not as friendly and nails didn’t look as good. I tip well & expect consistency. Lots of roughness on sides and underneath snagging my clothes that I needed to file. And too expensive. $15 to remove and start over seemed excessive. There are other shops & I’m willing to drive to get the best."
"Worse pedicure I've ever gotten. The massage chair didn't work, kept shutting off after 15 seconds, and then there was a flying cockroach that flew from under my chair and Helen did nothing about it! It was not relaxing and very expensive for what I got. I do not recommend going to this nail shop!"

"I hadn't planned on getting a pedicure today, but the car wash place was taking forever so they told me to try this place called Saigon Nails. I figured I had two hours until my car was complete so sure why not. I'm so glad I did! This isn't your average salon. The staff and the customers are like one big happy family I've never been to a nail salon where I felt like I was meeting new friends. Not only does everybody know each other's name, but they know about their lives (kids, schools, etc). I felt immediately part of this new group of people and plus my nails look amazing. Tony and the staff show so much love and kindness to each and every client that was in there. I will definitely be back! "
