"Highly unprofessional. On Thursday, I set up an appointment for Friday at 4pm. The morning of Friday, they try to make me change the time to 3pm and belatedly inform me they do not accept credit cards. When I say their Yelp page says they take credit cards plus could they not think to inform me at the time of making the appointment that they do not accept credit cards, they just say "whoops our bad". I cancelled the appointment. I cannot speak on how they do your nails but I will definitely say their administration services are lacking."

"Dipping started coming off in one day. I have had acrylic nails for 25 years in Minnesota and never had a problem. After first appointment I had mold show up on a nail! I was horrified. He didn’t seem to care I will never go back. What a waste of money. I had it all fixed at another salon today and was very pleased. Acrylic was still on in places. What a joke"

"Best dip nails I received. My favorite part is how relaxed and private the store is which allows for an easy going conversation! Brian and Tracy are super nice and I enjoyed my dip nails afterwards. After trying multiple locations this is by far my new favorite and I will definitely be returning ! They also honor appointments so I recommend calling ahead of time !"
