"They only had one color of the Crocs I was looking for. There was not a wide color selection."
"great place to walk around without staff offering any assistance"
"Store was jam packed when we came for back to school shoes. Staff was friendly and moved through the line efficiently. I would note that maybe when you have over 20 people in line holding the line up for kids to view ALL the croc charms is not the best idea."
"I was here to buy some flats in an emergency 6/24. I went in, looked all over every official shelf and there was not a single section with flats. All sneakers and open toed basically. Finally saw flats on one of the temporary metal racks, to me it looked like a temp end cap because there was literally no place on actual shelves for them. I hesitated, but still decided to grab a pair because I needed them and that is specifically what I went in to buy. I was not approached by a single employee the entire time, and the energy of the employees was extremely unapproachable. I went up to the check out, and was cashiered by the asst. manager, Mitch. He decided to begin making passive aggressive comments to me over and over, pushing the fact he didn't like that I took a pair off the rack. I will add, they were set up on the rack as if they were ready to be sold, no one was actively working on that rack and if any worker had been around I could have asked if it was okay, but how is it the customers fault you have shoes on the floor that you don't want to sell because they aren't "set up" properly yet? When none of your employees had the decency to treat me like an actual paying customer. He did not let up. He made SEVERAL passive aggressive comments up until the point our transaction had been completed. I understand it may be frustrating if you have a long day, or if a customer does something you consider dumb or wrong, but there are more professional and decent ways to send that message. Such as, being straightforward and saying, "Hey, it's fine this time and you can buy these (or not), but for future reference, please don't take off the temporary racks." That would have settled it. It's extremely unprofessional and not the behavior of management level positions. I will NEVER be shopping with this company as long as Mitch remains as asst. manager. Absolutely foul behavior."
"I purchased 2 new pairs of New Balance shoes last month and just found out my actual shoe size was different than I thought. I went back and exchanged them both for the correct size even without the receipt or original boxes, and they were GREAT!! I will continue to do business with them based on their employees and policies. BEST EXPERIENCE so far this year!!"
