"What an experience! Ordered off the app and I ordered my wife her burger with a gluten free bun (she has celiac)I love how they label each burger with what you order so there is no guessing which burger is which. The crinkle cut fries were crisp and excellent! My whole family enjoyed the food, the burgers were so tasteful and the ingredients were fresh. We will definitely keep Underground as an option now instead of In and Out or Culvers. I will support local and small business so we can continue to enjoy this delicious food."

"Ordered through DoorDash, was told they won’t fixed the order and that its door dashes problem (idk how when you guys made the burger) was a loyal customer but you guys continue to put out raw burgers and not help with it. Won’t buy from here again."

"For me, a burger place is good because it has fries that complement the burger well. UG Burger does that! We had burgers and two kinds of fries (crinkle and waffle) and really loved the whole meal. The burgers were juicy and the fries were just right--not too soft, not too crisp. I appreciate the simplicity of places like this, and it helps that they have great staff too! The ONLY downside is that there is not dining inside the restaurant, only outside, but that didn't stop us from going, nor will it in the future. This is a step above most hamburger places!"

"Man this place was good! I think the prices are great and the food was fantastic. The burger was juicy and flavorful which is more than I can say for many places these days. The fries were delicious and the portion size I would dare say was a bit to big but again no something I can complain about at most places these days. My biggest recommendation would be to order ahead of time because it's not fast food persay and there is no seating so you have to awkwardly stand in the lobby or out front. But a welcome addition to Queen Creek and will definitely be back many times."
