"The coffee and drinks are tasty and I’m happy to have a coffee shop in closer proximity to home. There’s plenty of seating and parking. However, I have had multiple times that the employees have forgotten to apply my rewards when asked and charged me the whole amount. I also frequently have to remind them to put in the promotional pricing for their $4 daily drinks. And today the employee wasn’t paying attention to me handing over cash/change for my order. She dropped my change between the car and the window on the pavement. Instead of saying “don’t worry about it”, she made me pull out more change to replace what she’d dropped. I’m hoping that this improves the longer that they’re open, because this is reason for me to go to a different coffee shop unfortunately."

"Great service even under the pressure of grand opening day and a drive thru line out of the parking lot. First time coming to a Black Rock Coffee location, and it certainly won’t be my last. Iced latte was 10x better than Starbucks. Also really enjoyed the iced Mexi Mocha drink. From what I could tell, sufficient seating indoors and outdoors if you wanted to come to relax or work."
