"Typically this is one of the best Starbucks around. Everyone here is so friendly. Unfortunately today my husband went in and we got some bakery items along with our drinks. They put our snowman cookie in with our warmed pastries. The result of that ended up with our snowman cookie frosting being completely melted to the bag. Granted the cookies still taste the same but we wanted to use this cookie for a photo. So take it as a sidenote, to not put frosted cookies into the same bag as a warmed pastries."
