"I use this location to grab coffee, it seems disrespectful to the customer who is waiting in line for their turn, go to another person who didn't wait in line, I stayed waiting and I already had more than 5 minutes waiting for my turn. The people who are there in the morning are quite slow when it comes to customer service. I think you should pay more attention to that point."

"Slow and poor service. Typical of this particular location. I went in with my son this morning, who wanted a cake pop, then had to wait nearly 10 minutes for them to bag it and give it to us. There is a "line", she said. That would be for drinks, you don't even heat a cake pop up just give him the cake pop and we can leave. Anyways. This place sucks. If you're the woman I spoke to at the counter who made the "line" comment, I hope you eat cement."

"Dont come to this location if you want to have a nice drink made the correct way...Came here this morning, Ashley and Alexis weren't welcoming they helped everyone before us even two people that came 5 minutes after us and aslo severed them before. If youre biased you shouldnt be worked there!!! Once we got to the register they didn't say we'll be right with you they just both made us wait for about 5 minutes. Then when ashley did decide to help us she was quite rude we asked for green tea and she said those don't come sweetened without asking if we wanted it sweeted. She then asked what size my boyfriend wanted he said the same size and my green tea and then she said we only do Trentas in that size when he asked for that size and then they proceeded to make our drinks fill everyone else's to the top but didn't even bother to finshed filling our drinks, she decided to put the biggest pieces of ice because they didn't bother to make our drinks the right way. My boyfriends drink is supposed to to be green tea but it tasted like black tea!!! These girls need to be retrained or they need to work with people who actually care and don't choose to be biased just picking and choosing who they wanna be nice too.... just so much disrespect!!! Won't be back here it's just a shame... just got home they didnt even care to take the bread out of the paper"
