"It’s seems anytime I have been to this location the food it trash. I always ask for fresh hot fries. When I moved out to QC almost 2 yrs ago the fries were always soggy like half cooked or LOADED with salt, however the fries are never hot or fresh. There is ALWAYS something missing from my order (like 20 chicken nuggets tonight). When you try to call after driving all the way home no one EVER answers they phone! I’m officially done with this place! You get better quality food and service from the one located at 15th Ave and Indian School!! Bad job guys!! I work in the food service industry and for such an easy job you handle it poorly."

"This location has been known to give themselves positive reviews on the McD voice website to prevent corporate action. Only get the right sandwiches from here half the time too, employees need training to get their job right and this location hardly provides that."

"Food its mcdonalds its fine, service was fine its mcdonalds but Queen creek police and mcdonalds staff decided to leave my family inside the restaurant while they had a situation with someone who ran into the stores bathroom with weapons. I was told to run by one cop and stay by another, I asked who to listen to and I picked the one who said outside. My family members were told to stay put. Which is INSANE to me. On top of this the manager did nothing but try to get me to stop recording an arrest being made inside while my family is still inside the locked in the store. Was pretty pathetic to witness how unprepared both places were for this type of situation. That's why i recorded proof of your incompetence. Things should change before the next thing takes place at your restaurant. By the way things are going around here it might be a good idea to brush up on procedures."

"I HIGHLY suggest avoiding this location at all cost. This location had gone downhill over the past year. I went here around 7pm and got probably the worst food I've ever had from any McDonald's in the world. The filet-o-fish was actually inedible, burnt to a crisp somehow, it was hard as a rock. It also happened to have half a slice of cheese, which I'm not sure how that's even possible. The medium fries, was half full. The cheeseburger was cold and had barely any ketchup and mustard. Not to mention the employees seem to be devoid of any emotion or enthusiasm as they mumble the order back to me. Looks like they also don't care about cooking the food and it shows in the final product."

"Expired Food and smaller hash browns!!! Food was delivered at our table without the drinks and took another 10-15 minutes to get. The Apple dices that was served with the oatmeal was expired! I would recommend checking your food all the time! Would not return!"
