"Today, my young son, and I went to our local frys like we always do to do our marketing. I rarely use a self check out, I figured this time since I only had just a few items I would do it. As I’m doing it, I use the gun to scan two items, not knowing it would alert her to come give me assistance. I was confusing didn’t know what was going on. She comes up to me very aggressively yelling at me telling me I’m doing it wrong. I told her if she can please calm down and stop talking to me the way she was and she got louder. then I proceeded to tell her I’m sorry that she has had such a terrible day. She has to be so rude to me. Then she yelled at me saying that she’s not being rude. At this time, Craig Williams, the meek manager, who is terrified of this employee her name is Terry softly begs her to leave the floor. As Craig is telling her quietly to please leave another, customer comes around to tell Craig Williams that Terry yelled at him last week for no reason as well. Terry then defeated walks away or should I say, stomps away in a huge Tantrum. Craig Williams apologizes to me and I tell him he should not have an employee working in customer service who hates people. He agreed with me . I don’t think he’s going to do anything about the situation because it’s obvious that he is scared of Terry. I decided not to do self check out after that I went into another lane and that cashier apologized to me over and over for Terry’s behavior and for the fact that Craig refused to do anything about the situation. I’ve contacted corporate, at this point I’m going to make it my goal for Terry to lose her job. She should not be treating any customer the way she is treating them. Do better Kroger. Also, I recorded her rude behavior and posted it on TikTok for everyone to see."

"Was shopping at this location on Wednesday and Arron from the service deli department was very courteous to my mother and myself. Very helpful and polite. I prefer to shop and shop at this deli as appose to some other fry’s locations, because of employees like Aaron. Thank you very much"

Today it was nine people deep waiting to use the register Meanwhile only two cashiers and no baggers so those lines were long as well Many times things are not available and trying to use their website for the survey is very difficult to use"
