"We recently had a problem with our ice maker not working. I called and the person that answered was very personable and helpful. He diagnosed the problem over the phone and said Brad would come out to put in the new ice maker. Brad was GREAT! He was very nice and extremely knowledgeable and installed the new ice maker very quickly. I am definitely calling E and J the next time I have any problems with my appliances!"

"I had an excellent experience with E & J appliance. When I called as a new customer, I was greeted warmly by the staff, and they made every effort to accommodate me with a timely appointment. The technician, Jason, was extremely experienced, and he explained things very well. He was also very good at telling me how he could help with repairs, and also how I could save money by making a few adjustments on my own. My two dogs loved him, and that says a lot about Jason as a person in general. I would recommend E & J to anybody locally who is in need of assistance and repair of their appliances. Jason arrived at scheduled time, provided excellent customer service, walked me through the diagnosis, cost and time, and did an amazing job fixing our tired oven. I value greatly the professionalism exhibited by Jason, his timeliness, his professional and affable personality, and he was patient and kind to my 3 year old as my boy tried to spook Jason with a plastic beetle and kept trying to hang out in the work area. "We had David as a service technician in our rental today, and we could not be more pleased with his service. He arrived early, while giving us plenty of notice he would be arriving early. He diagnosed the problem with our fridge in just a couple minutes, spoke to our property manager and owner promptly, and was perfectly professional. He also helped us by giving his professional opinion to our property manager about addressing our issue properly, and not fixing something poorly as a temporary stop-gap. He inspected our gas range and hood when asked to by the property manager, even though he was not asked to at the initial service request. He was also comfortable and friendly with our large dogs, and a pleasure to talk to. We cannot recommend David enough!"

"We had a water leak in our Sub-Zero Refrigerator, so we called E & J Appliance to check it out. The service was prompt but even better was the technician, David. We've had David before and were so pleased to see him again. He is friendly, knowledgeable and does great work. He told us he felt it was a frozen or blocked drain line, what he was going to do to fix the problem and the cost to do that. He did a check of our entire Sub-Zero, cleaned out the coils, fixed the problem and was gone in a little over and hour! David represents E & J Appliances very well and as long as this is the type of service and technicians we get with E & J then we're customers for life!
